I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dimitra Papaspyridi. She is extremely knowledgeable in many areas and truly helped me understand my situation. Dr. Papaspyridi took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and find the cause of my problems rather than just treating symptoms. She also ordered a variety of tests that other doctors I’ve seen did not offer, which made a real difference. She discussed a thoughtful treatment plan and helped me feel confident in every step. My life has genuinely changed. Since working with her, I can sleep better, I have more energy, and I feel improved focus and overall well-being. I have Crohn’s disease and I’ve tried many treatments and medications over the years. After running tests others wouldn’t do, she created a plan that actually worked for me—I’m now off my medication and feeling great. The new Redondo Beach location is welcoming, clean, and cozy, which adds to how comfortable and confident you feel during visits. Dr. Dimitra Papaspyridi has been a Godsend for me.  I was dealing with tendinitis in my shoulder for years and I couldn't get it to heal.  My Primary Care Physician was saying that surgery was the only hope but I really wanted to avoid that.  Luckily, I soon met Dimitra who suggested Peptides might help.  She put me on a five week program and it worked!  It took a little bit of time to get the results but my shoulder feels strong once again.  I've always been athletic and worked out regularly but now I'm back at the gym lifting weights again.  I honestly didn't think it was going to work but it did.  It's been about 6 months now and the shoulder keeps getting stronger and stronger.  I give all the credit to Dr. Dimitra!
