Neogevity MD is a cash-only clinic; however, in some instances, you may be able to have prescriptions or lab tests put through your insurance. See the superbill below.

A superbill is a detailed invoice that lists the services provided during your visit, including any necessary codes needed for insurance purposes, that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. While reimbursement depends on your insurance and cannot be guaranteed, a superbill can still help you use any of your out-of-network benefits.

Payment for services will be required at or before the time of your visit. For any questions or further information regarding costs and payment options, please feel free to contact our office.

We encourage you to bring a summary of your medical history, a list of any current medications you are taking, lab or recent imaging results, and any previous relevant aesthetic treatment records. Additionally, having an idea of your specific wellness and aesthetic goals and concerns to discuss is strongly encouraged.

We believe in providing thorough and personalized care, and as such, our appointment times are typically 45 minutes but may vary according to the type of appointment (new or follow-up) or treatment you are receiving.
